Excellent care there!
My husband has been getting excellent care, they actually hands on care. We love this place. Great doctor’s great care. Grateful they actually had an opening
Clinic does not answer or respond to phone calls. Incapable of scheduling tests for me. Falsified my health record. Eccentric staff ... very weird/strange health clinic indeed. Had to go elsewhere for proper treatment. Cannot recommend.
Absolute terrible customer service from the billing department. Too busy looking at something on their phones to even address us for at least 2-3 minutes. Rude and passive aggressive when I told them I only had my husbands insurance card on my phone and had me struggle with Bluetooth until finally giving me an email address we can send it to. It really doesn't get any better than this "family" care facility. It's a small town feeling every time I call.
