Very disappointed in this dental office and I will not be rescheduling. I Received a quote from the Front desk that barely fit my price range, having no dental insurance. I Made an appointment and received dental service with cleaning and x-rays, having no dental problems. In the middle of the service I was taken back to a fancy panoramic x-ray machine with no notice of an extra charge. Upon check out, I owed another $100.00. I had been using Kirkpatrick dentistry for years and was very satisfied with the care I received. Dr Kirkpatrick was especially kind and patient while caring for my mother with Alzheimer’s disease. I would have recommended him to everyone! The problem is - he’s now “sharing” the office with Captains Way dentistry! I had an appointment with Dr Kirkpatrick for an annual check up and instead another dentist came in. Ok, sometimes your regular person has to use a replacement. I get that. Horrible experience. They told me I had all these issues that would amount to around $3000. I went and got a second opinion from a dentist I used in the past and trusted and left for $600. Would highly advise that you look elsewhere for your dental needs.

I scheduled an appointment 3 week ahead. 8/5/21.Had two confirmations that I was keeping the appointment. Last one was the day before. I even received a message asking me to bring non perishable food for donation. When I arrived I filled out forms that was not professionally photo copied. A young man arrived and was immediately taken back. The receptionist came out and said oh, I have bad news. We don't have an exam room for you. Wow. Great care and they made sure to get me in when I needed urgent care. I recommend them highly.
