Do not even bother to call. I set up a new yearly service with them for pest control. The tech first called me to reschedule (my first visit) then he never showed on the day he scheduled, even though i waited. I called the company left a message with a "supervisor" and my call wasnt returned until 2 days later with a message saying there must have been a "scheduling conflict".The only conflict was he didnt show and didnt even bother to respond to a phone call from a customer who was going to sign a year contract.
