Their website says, "free quote." But I used their satellite company, El Paso Arborist in El Paso Tx. who refused to offer any quote. Instead, they would not do the work unless I signed an open contract which Kirkland billed directly to the Ins. Co. They charged $17,000.00 to remove a tree limb that fell on my house. They worked 6 hrs. and the limb didn't even damage the roof. Other companies in the area averaged $3500.00 quotes. They came to my residence over 2 weeks after the date they initially stated. They gave an estimate on 10/27 , I approved it on 10/29, added my debit card to their online account, and they went back to ignoring me. I still have a giant tree on my neighbors property and storage unit. It may or not be a company where your quality of service depends on *where you live* but this is a new experience. $1900 ignored.🤷♂️

Don’t pay them until they finish. They still have a stump to grind for me and haven’t come back. It was in June when they cut trees. Kept saying he would take care of it or send someone. Stump still here. I told him we needed it grind so we can extend our porch. He had delayed us for 3 months. Now I will have to pay someone to grind it. I am going to take to to them and they can pay it.
I write this in tears of joy and gratitude for these people right here! Absolutely brought to us by the good Lord himself!🙌🏼 When NOONE else would answer the phone.....when everyone else was too busy.....when our entire world was falling apart....Jonathan answered, kept his word, and did Amazing work! Not only did he do all of that-for a complete stranger- but he did it all in less than 12hrs-with I’m sure a page full of other just as desperate people like us!! God bless you people!! My cup runneth over! ❤️
They did such a great job with my dead tree removal! Very professional and left my yard in pristine condition! Thank you guys so much for being awesome! I am so happy I went with this company!!
