Better training for students who are working in Academic Advising. Don't require student insurance for a useless insurance. Don't remove Medicaid as an accepted alternative. Stop changing systems for a better version of I-Learn, and spending so much on the transitions. You're probably just making up for the money lost on it. Stop doing FAFSA applicable credits. We need the help so we can help others in the future, so don't limit the help we receive, just don't fund electives.
I’ve been a student for 5 weeks through the online program and I have to say my experience has been subpar. I feel I’m getting more behind in life by wasting time being enrolled here. None of my teachers do any of the teaching. They just merely post videos that relate to the topic. I don’t feel edified or uplifted like I thought I’d be. I was expecting the teachers to upload videos of themselves giving lecture or doing live streams of them teaching. I was expecting them to be more interactive with the students. Every department is run by students. If you want to get a problem with Financial Aid fixed expect a multi week wait. They constantly charge back financial aid or charge you other absurd fees. Then when you call to get it fixed it’s only a student who can’t see any of the information.
