Numerous car break-ins as 3014 Brush Creek Dr. 2001 Ford Expedition on May 9, 2020, glove department vandalized. No security at 1:15 a.m. per neighbors 2016. intend to move out at Owner's expense , neglect of safety. Pandemic nightmare. 3-day eviction notice on 2014 intended for 2024. traumatizing experience. outdated heat & air-conditioning creating unnecessary high energy bills . High water bill due to defective garbage disposal.

I am appalled by how the management team is handling the current health crisis. We have been receiving daily phone calls,messages, emails, and notes on our doors regarding rent payments even after contacting them to make arrangements as well as reminders of complex rules that give more of a feeling of eviction threats then kind reminders. The mail boxes have been broken into several times in the last few months. Constant homeless dumpster diving and the gate is broken more often then it works.

i was mistreated by an african american (didn't get her name) lady in the office. This was a racist act since I showed an ID from a different country because my CA license was difficult to pull out. Worst experience of my life, we had just decided to make Kirker Creek our home. Diana is amazing and I thank her for her time and patience.

Do not rent here! They do not appreciate our Military and our service men and women. My husband and I are going through a rough patch financial. As he's recently separated from the military. We had a wonderful foundation offer to help us with a check for $500 towards our rent. The kindness of the VA and this foundation brought us to tears. But kirker Creek has refused to take the check. I had 1 stolen box and when I informed the clerk she said what I could do was hand over my future boxes to the office. Unfortunately this is not the first case of theft and the administration does nothing to change that. This is absurd because if we live in a condominium we are supposed to have more security and that kind of thing should not happen here.

I’ve now had two motorcycles stolen, they were both chained up. Both times I have been told “cameras were down” and “nothing we can do.” Turned away without emotion or any kind of remorse or attempt at bettering the situation. It’s hell getting packages delivered correctly, and if you have them sent to the front office they return them to sender if you can’t get to their office during their operating hours the same day. It’s been a hell of a year and I am not resigning.

Absolutely terrible management. Theft here is constant. Dumpster diving tweakers are as prevalent as the wild turkeys roaming the complex.

I have lived here for the last 9 years after we lost our house. Since we moved there has been 3 changes of ownership and Managers and lots of office staff. We have had wonderful neighbors, some that nowdays we can call our friends. I have heard many stories, some good others bad, but thank God we have never had any kind of problems. The rent is not cheap but we have good amenities, good service and wonderful maintenance workers. I recommend this complex 100%.
