Terrible experience with people on the phone, tried to give one of the patients here my phone number. Said the only way was to send a letter. They were extremely rude delivering this information to me. No sympathy given by anyone spoken to.
The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of Dr. Wycoff, Mrs. Tina, and Bonnie the rehab is basically a shelter the security staff is horrid and very disrespectful to family i cant believe they havent fired that lady everyone complains about on here, they accept anyone there. I have gotten substantial clean time coming from there and those mentioned helped me more than they probably know and are really great people. Thank you
I'm giving a one-star rating based on the young lady at the desk. She is not fit to be in the position she's in. She is unprofessional, unfriendly and needs to be in a different line of work. Unacceptable. The employees from Allied have been terrific.
Disrespectful security guard
Im not a client there but from an outsider looking in there is one certain staff at the front desk when I go to drop off stuff it's always a problem I know the rules she just seems to like acting like she has authority over the addicts she just because she can people like her that judge she not work in places like rehabs
