I'm writing this to warn anyone considering coming to this facility about what to expect. The staff here have serious attitude problems. They're rude, unprofessional, and act like they don't want to be there. Many of them yell at clients, sometimes early in the morning - which creates a hostile environment. The customer service is terrible, and the energy from staff feels bitter and miserable. You probably won't get good sleep here. . I've suffered from addiction from the age of 19 until 40. I've had a year or two clean time in between but always relax .. I've been to kirkbride a couple times and the longest I have stayed there was 8 months. So I think I'm pretty qualified to give an honest review about this place. This place is basically kensington inside of a facility. Just as a visitor point of view the front desk receptionist a young black Muslim woman is ignorant and has no business working with the public until she’s given some proper etiquette training.
