I took my mother to urgent care and I sat in the exam room with her. Kirk Yamato has horrible bedside manner. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to speak to patients. He lacks empathy and doesn’t listen to patient’s concerns. He made my mother very uncomfortable and I requested to have another doctor treat her. I would never recommend this provider. I will definitely be taking my family to another location in the future.
Dr. Kirk Yamato is a good great Doctor with lots of experience.
