Ruined my life by performing unnecessary procedure, removed my adenoids & tonsils for no valid reason. I have complained about horrific symptoms many times and he just blew me off. suffer daily, stay away from any kind of nasal surgery!
This offfice is terrible you leave message the doctor don’t respond the office is terrible I won’t recommend this doctor to no one just awful don’t care about the patients

I used to think highly of Dr Williams but my recent experience was abysmal. Things have either changed in that practice or I was obvious to the unprofessional uncaring environment before either way , I will not return to that office.
Dr. Williams went above and beyond to treat the underlying issues of my sinus issues, and preformed surgery that improved my quality of life. The staff (Taylor i think) was always helpful and followed up with me.
