I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best
Dr. Kirk was recommended to me by a friend. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment that I would get some relief for my back. Dr. Kirk is well qualified and very courteous. I was comfortable discussing my problem and treatment. He was able to accommodate my calendar to schedule appointments. Pleasant office.
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
