I have seen Dr. Maes and his PA. I have had 4 injections in my knee. Dr Maes and his staff have always been courteous and my injections were done with minimal pain. I am now considering knee replacement surgery and feel confident in Dr.Maes performing my surgery. He has answered my questions and always took the time to advise me on what could be done non surgically to relive pain and help me to continue to use my leg.
Dr. Mae's has replaced both of my knees and one of my hips. He did a terrific job making me now pain free! He looks at you and listens to you and explains everything fully. He never rushes you. He has taken so much time with me, explaining things and reassuring me. You couldn't find a better doctor!
A month ago Mason Hinkle (24) was injured when helping a friend trim some trees. Went to the ER at Homes (because he was in Mel) and they x-rayed it and he had a fracture of his tibia. He was referred to an orthopedic in Melb but they did not accept his insurance. I called his primary care Dr and she sent a referral into Dr Maes who has seen Mason since kindergarten with all of his injuries. had a arterial injection on feb 3rd a wee later i called you and said it did not work and was really down about it after a week it kicked in and i have so little discomfort now and it has been over a month i am sureit will be back att some point but want to spread KUDOS to your staff
Worst doctor ever.
Worse Dr ever been to and I've been to hundreds over 75 yrs
I had checked in and was sitting in the waiting room for 2 (two!) hours. The doctor promised to call me within two business days to schedule next appointment but never called.
Still sitting in waiting room for 45 minutes. Show up on time but your time not important. Incompetent front staff member in handling the numerous clients. Must be in this for the money only. Overbooked and incompetent.
Can they be more helpful and excited when they answer the phone ??
