I hired Kirk to paint the interior of my home,the job was incomplete the previous color is bleeding through and my trim is not completed painted and my ceilings were not painted correctly when brought to his attention he said he felt he did everything he said he was going to do and he wanted to be paid I tried to talk to him and he told me he didn’t want to have to get his lawyer involved.
