I’ve had State Farm for the past 9 years. I’ve had Kirk as my agent for a little over a year and a half in that time. This office has shown the worst customer service I have ever seen with State Farm. Highly DO NOT recommend. State Farm is a great insurance company with great value, however you need to find the right agent and Kirk is not the right one.
