The place is great! It does not look its age, the staff and management keep it in a great shape, they fix equipment when needed, and are very friendly and helpful. There are designated areas set up for various functional training options and there is a good range of available equipment. They have a steam sauna as well. I work out with Cal from time to time and have a blast - he really knows what's he is doing! I highly recommend this place!

GREAT PLACE TO WORKOUT! So far I lost 23 lbs by taking the Group Classes and by walking on the Treadmill.
