The Y is cool
RecommendedConvenience of classes and space availability. There's everything to improve your physical health condition. The Y has equipment you can use to modify your workout due to injury ,or physical limitations.
Friendly, knowledgeable instructors and staff. A wide variety of activities. Much more than just "a gym".
The Y is one place I am happy to go to for something good I do for myself! People are always friendly and courteous. I love seeing the little ones as well as adults there. It really is a healthy family environment.
Love this place, and love the staff. My son (5 yo) attended summer camp here (well 7 weeks of it), the summer camp staff and volunteers are AMAZING! I love that camp included swim lessons 3 days a week, my little fish went from barely getting in the water to "jumping in with both feet" not being able to get him out of the water during our 8 day vacation... which is absolutely a-ok with my other half and I being the water people we are... I STRONGLY recommend this facility and the swim lessons here... well worth any price you... read more
