I love the Kirk YMCA! I have been a member here off and on for over 10 years.... and it has been a pivotal place helping me keep on par for my fitness from weight lifting, cardio equipment, classes like Bodypump and cycle, as well as additional add ons like the HIIT class I'm currently taking (High Intensity Interval Training).
