We have used Kirk on a couple different projects over the past year or so and have had a great experience! All people involved from office staff to on-site contractors have been easy to work with and readily accessible for questions. We reached out to more than 12 different contracting companies for our initial project and Kirk came back with both the skills to accomplish the work and a fair quote so we used them and have stuck with them ever since anytime we need something.

We were in the market to hire a contractor for a large addition to our home. I called Kirk and spoke with Nate. He asked for the files to be sent for review, which I did. A few days later I was contacted and told Kirk couldn't bid because our documents would violate the city zoning standard and would be rejected when they were submitted for a permit.
