Dr. James McNally is knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciate his care and concern for my well-being.The staff that takes care of billing and insurance is not attentive. They submitted my claim to the wrong insurance company after 7 months. They then sent it to the correct insurance company and demanded I pay the balance within 7 days and immediately turned me over to collections. It would be better if you had your insurance reimburse you rather than pay Kirk.
