Kirk was the owner of an apartment I rented with my husband. Great landlord and always available for communication. If we ever had an issue, he was quick to resolve it. Highly recommend!
He steered me away from applying for an apartment, which was not a very can-do approach. However he may have been accurate in his assessment that I wouldn't get it, based on the local market and my situation.
Kirk Brown Sr was a nightmare to deal with. He made promises when we first moved in that we're never met, took forever to get issues resolved in our home (we went over a week without a refrigerator after a power surge), tried to pit us against the owners badmouthing us both to each other creating conflict where none existed, then lied about our rental deposit taking fees for items that weren't necessary, like cleaning (we had the house professionally cleaned) and removing items from the yard that were there before we moved i... read more
