Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. He's a great doctor and the staff is wonderful.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Since I have left Chico I have not been able to find a Chiropractor as good as Dr. Kirk James, I miss the GREAT services he provided for my family and myself.
