I definitely would recommend Kirch Property Management. I have been renting from them for just over a year and they have been so accommodating to us. Any maintenance issues that we had where handled promptly and the system they have for paying rent is easy to use. Employees in the office are also very friendly and always answer any questions I have.

My building was in bad shape. The security is a joke, the entrance is dark, no lights. Electric bills are outrageous due to poor insulation and windows that are falling apart. To top it all off they lied about returning my deposit!!! I left a perfectly clean apartment. Was supposed to get my deposit back after they take 30days to check my apt. just got home from work. found out kirch repair person changed out lock. no warning, no new key. neighbor found old lock in laundry room. pet is attic xxx inside, family is locked out. maintenace person denied it when hubby called. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!!! even worse than Alpha Management.
I have enjoyed speaking with Ed. He is very professional!
