I couldn’t be happier with the team that installed my flooring. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized. Beyond their professionalism, they were friendly, approachable, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and positive attitude made the whole experience exceptional.
This is more about the treatment i received from the manager Mark. He gave me a quote for a tile job in my ensuite bathroom which included an extra amount in case he had to replace the sub floor but said i would not be charged if he did not have to do that. I paid half the amount upfront and when i mention this extra amount he denied saying that. My husband also was with me when this was said.
