We moved all our prescriptions here with great hopes. All the other big pharmacies with widespread names everywhere all give terrible customer service no accountability and sometimes just out right lie to you. The pharmacist was very nice when we moved but now we are here his workers talked to you like you are stupid and have no respect. My husband was given a new prescription that included a shot (not any glp1 shots) they loaded him up he came home only to find out the plungers had to be ordered separately. I completed a prescription transfer online overnight. I called to put a discount card on file and twice I had to tell the lady that I knew where I was calling. She was more concerned about me calling kroger or another pharmacy. I'm not gonna beg you do fill my prescription. Cheaper is not always better. Just use corporate pharmacies atleast there you know to expect poor customer service.
Fantastic customer service and turn around speed on prescriptions! The pharmacist is super nice as well and took the time to discuss appropriate medication options for my daughter. Walgreens could never!
My go to pharmacy. They really have gone above and beyond to help me get my meds at a great price. Glad we have them in Bartlett!
