The purchase has been a very painful one. It started out very well. We found a nice two year old Sedona with reasonable mileage at a reasonable price. That's when the pain started. First, they low-balled our trade in by $4,000. We worked through that and agreed on the terms of the deal. We signed the original contract on Saturday 5/4/13.
