Dr. Kirby is competent and conservative, the latter being of great importance to patients with vision issues. Her choices and recommendations always seem to be made with patient outcome and safety as guiding principles. We have complete confidence in Dr. Kirby both clinically and as a surgeon.
Dr. Kirby is a true professional. She did my monovision cataract surgery with awesome results. She was also instrumental in discovering my heart condition. These folks go the extra mile concerning your health. The staff is friendly & professional.
Called for help with new cataract and lights. They didn't know me at all. Got in within 3 hours and had full exam with Jenny. Wonderful experience and we have a plan of action. I highly recommend the Kirby Eye Center.
Had cataract surgery in left eye on Monday got sick later that night, husband contacted Dr.Kirby's office explained situation, Dr. Kirby returned call spoke with husband said she would meet us at her office, 15 minutes later she was there, we were there, examination was done, prescription called into 24 hour pharmacy after an hour with her we where on our way home. I was so appreciative that she left her family late night and administered to my medical needs.
Called to schedule an appointment to address recurring styes and get a second course of antibiotics or explore other treatments. I was told a "tech" would call me back after they reviewed the note in my chart. I hadn't heard anything 6 hrs later so I called again and spoke with Priscilla. She assured me someone would look at it today and I would receive a call. Never happened.
