I went in today to have him show me how to put the belt on properly as it seam to be not on quit right. Very helpful but ornery. I was given my vacuum from a client who no longer needs it as they have hard wood floors. I don’t know everything about the vacuum since is was given to me. Not sure if he didn’t want to be bothered. But made me feel dumb as I was asking questions. Never will I go there again. I also would not recommend.

He was a tune to several service items for my Kirby vacuum that I wasn't even aware of and promptly fixed them. I have total confidence in his skilled care for my Kirby and recommend him to anyone.
Yesterday I dropped off my Kirby vacuum to be fixed. My Kirby is only 2 years old and wasn't starting. While I waited, he checked a few things and told me he would have it done by the end of the day. He took the entire machine apart and found nothing wrong. For some reason it starts now and runs like a champ. I wanted to pay him for his time and work but he insisted no charge since he didn't replace any parts. Also, he was not willing to put in a new part, unless it NEEDED a new part.
