She was very punctual and friendly. I felt she did a very thorough exam.
Dr. Giovanielli was thorough, patient, and informative. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and to answer all my questions. Everyone in the office was extremely courteous and helpful.
Dr. G is the best! She cares, listens to you, knows what she’s talking about. I can’t say enough great things about her. She is really helping me through my skin struggles, and is also helping my husband with his.
Dr. Giovanielli is not qualified to work with ASD individuals. I disclosed my ASD diagnosis to the practice with my specific difficulties to the practice. The assistant stated I was here for some condition without looking at my chart. I was afraid and confused that something was wrong and explained I was there for a different condition. Dr. Giovanielli considered prior therapies and their lack of effectiveness and gave two decisive next step choices. There wasn’t a lot of “maybe this could be tried, maybe not, I don’t know” indecision we have faced before. It was more, “Here are two things I recommend you consider next,” with a focus on super fast problem solving. This respects my time and investment so I appreciate the approach. I feel confident the skin issue will be on its way to resolution within 1-2 months.
Dr. Kira is very personable. She listened closely to my questions and answered them thoroughly. She also gave me additional resources and contact names so I could learn more about the topics we discussed.
