I came here with my mom and had very uncomfortable experience. I am black and while I was shopping the workers keep following me around the store and staring at me. I notice they were not doing this to other customers so me and my mom felt like I was being racially targeted. My mom tried to explain to the workers that we feel uncomfortable because they keep following and watching me, but they started giggling?!?!? while she was talking to them. I came here and the workers were really rude. they staring me down the whole time and it made me feel very uncomfortable like I did something wrong the selection is also not that good, most of the japanese stuff they sell you can just find at japanese supermarket!! I recommended just go to toktok beauty instead, the girls there are much nicer and the atmosphere feels nicer every time I come in this store the atmosphere feels depressing and uncomfortable!. Will Definitely not coming back to this bad beauty aisian store 🥱
Had a really nice experience here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They have a lot of fun stuff to look through. There’s a wide selection of products so I ended up spending way longer in here than I expected. My new favorite beauty store!
