Chose Kip after meeting with several other companies to do a patio, sod and sprinklers in my backyard. As with any large project their is always going to be an "oops" which we laughed about. When the job was completed and he was paid in full, I contacted Kip to request he come bye to figure out why my backyard was seriously flooding, grass and gardens under water and to adjust sprinklers.
