We are so glad we took it before really getting into our home search. We really got some good info that we would of never thought about since we have never been through the process before.

The home buying process was a roller coaster ride for me. Jen my realtor was there with knowledge and a level head with every turn and upside-down loop. Start to closing Jen was involved and available for ever step, question, and mini crisis. She’s also tough and fair, got us a great deal and all the nesscary fixes without a problem. If you are in the market to buy or sell or both definitely recommend Jen, a native and ND lover she knows people and houses and even though she’s a busy lady you’ll feel like her only priority.
I had a great experience with Kipp and his company with regards to the sale of my rental property. There were many hurdles along the way with this sale, but Kipp handled each one very professionally and efficiently. Most realtors can handle a simple sale w/o road blocks, but where great service comes into play is when you count on your realtor to address and tackle tough scenarios that we encounter. I was very happy with how Kipp and team handled them.
We worked with Crystal ( highly recommend her!) and she was amazing and sooo easy to work with. She knew her stuff. As a first time home buyer it's scary putting your trust into someone and she was so helpful. We also got emails and personal letter from Billette which was so fun and had a personal touch. I felt very well taken care of.
