I have only lived here for a year, so I can only speak for that time period. I have lived in 5 states & 2 countries. I have been a tenant & a homeowner multiple times. Kipling is not the best place I have lived, but it is certainly not the worst. Property is kept clean and maintained. If there are any issues within the unit they are fixed in a prompt and efficient manner. Management is very professional!
We have been residents here for a number of years and have nothing but good things to say about the management and maintenance. The grounds are kept very clean and the rent is competitive with other communities and there is private parking too.Any repair or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The property manager Rachelle and her team have always been extremely courteous and helpful.
