Honestly, this place is great if you’re looking for a place with space. But I would suggest if you’re COLORED , specifically black? Stay away. My husband is a black man and we have 2 kids… while staying here we had several complaints against us (the property manager Rachelle, never fully came to check if these allegations were true & wrote us demands). It is a great place to live! The onsite playground is great for young kids and the community is inviting! Also the location is super ideal for parks, restaurants, workplaces, and going to Denver or the mountains. Honestly couldn’t find a better place to live and the manager Rachelle is so great to work with.
Rachelle the property manger is fantastic, the entire staff are professional and provide over the top service!!! Come check em out
I have only lived here for a year, so I can only speak for that time period. I have lived in 5 states & 2 countries. I have been a tenant & a homeowner multiple times. Kipling is not the best place I have lived, but it is certainly not the worst. The complex, for it's age, is pretty well maintained> I believe that Rachelle, her mom & Jose along with the rest of the management team, some of whom, I suspect, are familial volunteers, do the best job possible, especially with the constraints placed upon them by ownership in thes... read more
