I can always count on this store for the korean skincare and Shirley at store is my go to person for all skincare concerns and has amazing suggestions for people with sensitive skin and hormonal acne concerns
Well, i usually order online because I live far away from Toronto. Visited the store on Monday, kinda busy. Don't have any problem with any staff whatsoever, they were helpful. But there was this girl at the counter around 12pm-12.30, I saw a Dr.G moisturizer with the label 10% off, asking her is this on sale now. She said yes because of the stain on the box. Sure. Extremely disappointing experience. While I was looking for a product, another customer kept pushing past me and reaching in front of my face who was with the staff, who saw everything and did nothing. They’re unprofessional, unhelpful, and least bothered about customers. The try me samples are always empty. And if you ask they don’t have one.
