Stuff is cute and really nice, and very few staff are really helpful. Most of them will just ignore you even when you are asking for an advice regarding makeup or face products. I can say that in all the times I have gone to buy something, only TWO times they helped me with recommendations regarding my needs or concerns. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will offer you a bag for shopping if you look a certain way and will glare at you. I was literally being watched by this one woman and followed. I just needed some sunscreen and moisturizer lady, leave me alone. I sucked it up and bought what I needed but won't be back ever.
Shirley was truly amazing! She dedicated her time to inform me about skin care, which I genuinely appreciated and recommended a variety of skin care products tailored to my needs. She surpassed all my expectations and demonstrated professionalism and friendliness throughout our interaction. I would strongly recommend her to anyone visiting the Kiokii store at Eatons Centre, as she is very knowledgeable and a great representative for the company. I left purchasing a bunch of masks. The customer service here is really rude. I asked about how points are earned as I haven't been receiving points lately when I shop in person at Kiokii and... stores (and yes I gave my number for my membership) and even contacted customer support who told me that there have been errors and they never got back to me if this was an ongoing error across all stores or what.
