If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager at Kinzie Chophouse 10/24/20 - an absolute joke! There was an issue with timeliness for our party’s order and the manger originally did not want to come from his upstairs office to speak to us! The mistake was apparently our waiter’s fault so any compensation we were due was to come out of his pocket!?!
