This company sold us a new furnace. Constantly breaking down. Technician told us that the furnace can be a lemon. Company will do nothing.

They sold me and installed a new RUDD HVAC system, great working efficient system compared to my old one. And it came with a 10 yr warranty. great small Locally owned and operated business.
Kinzer Air tried to ruin our Christmas by telling us we need a new furnace. They had a new one installed within 3 days of the still slightly functioning but end of life, 30 year old furnace diagnosis. They’ve boosted all of our Christmas spirit. The entire crew at Kinzer Air are hard working, good people. It makes it easier to return all of our kids Christmas presents to pay for our new furnace. kinzer over billed me and in my efforts to contact the to correct this situation they have ignored me and just resend the bill as past due. I was charged for 2 laborers as one sat there and did nothing and cussed around my children.
I called this morning with a/c problems was put on a list because they were so busy. Two men showed up around 4:00 and diagnosed the problem fixed it and on there way to help another home. Thank you for great service! I would recommend your company to everyone!
Great company, they took care of our remodel/ addition with a new ductless mini split system. We really enjoy it and its so quiet. We recommend Kinzer Air.
Thank you very much to Kinzer Air!!! Our AC went out today when it is forecasted to be 110 degrees. My husband sent Brett a text this morning explaining the situation and he had a technician to our house by 10am, fixed the problem and got us cooled back down. We highly recommend Kinzer Air!!!!
