Fantastic care, as always. Valerie is the best PCP I’ve had since my original PCP. Empathetic, funny and personable, as well as willing to work with me when I have an idea for my regimen or a thought. Dr. Heller psychologist is wonderful as well, very active listener. Dr. Raiche is fantastic, recommend her for women’s health due to her deep knowledge and education. CMAs Randeh and Wes are wonderful as well. Front staff Glenda kind and efficient. So glad I was able to switch my insurance back to BCBS so I could attend this cl... read more

Wow what an incredible experience! I'm new to this area so I was looking to find a new Doctor and Valerie didn't disappoint. Not only was the staff so friendly, Valerie Wintler was so kind and listened to all of my concerns while providing helpful information. I would definitely recommend her and Kinwell Primary Care.
Customer service of the agent that schedules appointments over the phone, so incredibly rude. This place was such a breath of fresh air for the Valley when it first opened. But with customer service like this I will definitely never recommend this office to anyone and will be looking for a place that doesn’t treat pts this way. So disappointing.
