I made an appointment online to get a quick MRI referral. Instead I unknowingly signed up for a month of sending messages and making infuriating phone calls to this clinic. The referral didn't have enough details to get approved by insurance. The staff people I contacted for help either ignored me or just plain refused to help. My last call was with someone so rude and unprofessional that I just gave up entirely. I had to make an appointment at another clinic to get the MRI order placed properly a month later. Fantastic care, as always. Valerie is the best PCP I’ve had since my original PCP. Empathetic, funny and personable, as well as willing to work with me when I have an idea for my regimen or a thought. Dr. Heller psychologist is wonderful as well, very active listener. Dr. Raiche is fantastic, recommend her for women’s health due to her deep knowledge and education. CMAs Randeh and Wes are wonderful as well. Front staff Glenda kind and efficient. So glad I was able to switch my insurance back to BCBS so I could attend this cl... read more

Wow what an incredible experience! I'm new to this area so I was looking to find a new Doctor and Valerie didn't disappoint. Not only was the staff so friendly, Valerie Wintler was so kind and listened to all of my concerns while providing helpful information. I would definitely recommend her and Kinwell Primary Care.
