Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Their billing department continously overcharged myself and other co-workers even after our insurance manager told them the amount that we should be getting charged for office visits. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
