The smallest most limited range of dresses you could think of. They charge you 50$ which will either be used towards your purchase or taken by the store as a styling fee. Originally I had assumed, by styling they would take your measurements or create a selection based on what you liked. None of which I had in my appointment, more so my party scrambling around looking for dresses. Every feedback I gave about dresses was meant with a nod instead of a suggestion of another dress.
The experience was nice but I had different stylist throughout the experience and it was frustrating when the final came in because the sample and the final dress I received were not the same and after spending thousands of dollars to be disappointed was really devastating. I didn’t love it as much as I loved the sample. There are so many incredible things to say about the Jaxon James experience! I bought my wedding dress here in April 2024 and am SO HAPPY with the whole process. From my initial appointment, I was first amazed by the beautiful selection of dresses and the kind energy of the team. I was never rushed and it never felt like someone was trying to sell me.
