The absolute best wedding dress shopping experience! I only had 36 hrs in LA and Casey was so flexible and understanding that she welcomed me with open arms + extended boutique hours in order to make the appt happen. She had great taste, gave amazing feedback and made the visit truly a memorable one! I felt at home, not rushed and like she truly just wanted me to shine on my big day. This is THE PLACE to find your dream wedding dress in LA!! 🥹🤍💍
Tatum was lovely to work with. She was warm, positive, and welcoming. The effort she made throughout the appointment did not go unnoticed. The space is lovely and full of natural light. Although I didn’t say yes to the dress at Jaxon James, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Tatum!
I had the perfect wedding dress shopping experience at Jaxon James! My stylist, Jasmine, understood exactly what I was going for and helped me find the most stunning dress for my special day. She did a fantastic job helping me pick out the right lining for the dress as well, for which I am very grateful! I also need to thank Natalya for doing a perfect job of altering my dress. The quality of the dresses and level of service at this salon are incomparable!
I flew to LA with my mother and family friend to find my dream dress and made appointments at major couture bridal salons with a budget of $15-20,000-USD. After spending the day in appointments at Monique Lhuillier and Galia Lahav (both excellent), I was still striking out on finding my dream dress. I had the best experience at Jaxon James! All of the associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an incredible time with my associate, Gabriella as she truly helped me find my dream dress and later my veil and earrings to go with it. I highly recommend her for the overall experience!
