This shop was amazing! It was the fourth store I visited on a last minute appointment I made that week and I’m so glad I did. I was helped by Maricela and she was thoughtful, enthusiastic but also gave me real advice and direction. She went above and beyond contacting designers directly to see if they could meet some of my requests. She even stayed longer than my appointment to provide me with more time to think and spend time in a dress that I loved. Great, welcoming experience!
I was made aware of a cancellation fee, after I already paid for the initial appointment, they charged a completely different, HIGHER cancellation fee. That is so incredibly dishonest. The $189 fee is different than the one on the booking receipt and honestly a predatory high rate. Such dishonest business practice
I had a great appointment here. Macario was so helpful and I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. It was busy when I went but I never waited around, was always being checked on, and felt like the only customer in there. The dresses are beautiful too!
