Waited in line for 15 min to try and order a sandwich and coffee. The checkout person was sitting there talking to two customers for 15 min, when I asked the barista girls do I place my order they said yeah with attitude. You would think as regular and tipping would be a little bit more nice. Might have to start going to new location.

Awesome spot with such a great selection. Staff were knowledgeable and helped me pick the right cuts and even gave me advice on how to prepare it. Alex in particular was very helpful.

Wanted to try their breakfast sandwiches, but it was getting a little late in the day. So my husband called them to ask if they still had them available. They said yes until 4pm. We were cutting it short, about 5 minutes away but still close to their 4pm cutoff. We asked if they would take an order over the phone. The man say typically no, but if you come in ill let the kitchen know you're coming. We showed up at 4:01 for the same man to tell us the kitchen was closed. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Before driving over, I called to ask if I could place an order over the phone. That's when I was informed the kitchen closed at 4:00 PM. I explained that my GPS showed we would arrive right at 4:00 PM. The employee told me he would let the kitchen know we were on the way. Based on that assurance, we headed there immediately. Atlanta traffic on Virginia Avenue delayed us just enough that, after parking and walking inside, we arrived one minute after 4:00 PM.
