Very disappointed. I'm not sure if the barber I had was just not good at cutting hair or was to new to the game. I had a ponytail and I wanted cut off and in to a nice shapped cut. Basically had a blank canvas but wound up butchering my hair. I got the "vip" treatment where he applied a charcoal mask. After 20 mins, for some reason, he rehydrates the mask with a warm cloth and it turns back to gel. For 10 mins, he's sanding my face with a cloth trying to get it off.
