After reading reviews and listening to word of mouth, I decided to try Chimney Masters. So happy I did! Chimney Masters tech just left after his inspection and repairs and I can't say enough about this experience. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and pleasant. Would highly recommend!
Very professional company. The appointment was confirmed the night before. Chimney Masters tech showed up on time and was very cordial. He was knowledgeable and honest. I will be using this company every time I need my chimney cleaned or inspected.
Called Chimney Masters after finding them on Google. Spoke to them and setup a time 9-10 am, technician showed up at 915 did a clean job of sweeping the chimney with brush. Very happy with the service and the cost was nominal for the peace of mind.
This company is the best in the town. Take it from me, a homeowner for nearly 25 years, I've used various companies to clean and service my chimney or the years. But Chimney Masters is the only one that has been around for a long time... I am very satisfied with the cleaning. The men who came to my house are the same guys from nearly 10 years ago.... talk about stability. Nothing by praise for this company.
Our tech from Chimney Masters was great. He removed a squirrel’s nest and cleaned the chimney and now we have fire! He was prompt, professional and very friendly. He offered some suggestions, alerted us to some safety precautions and was just genuinely nice. We will use them again next year for sure.
