Promises everything. Delivers on 20 percent.. wants to be paid in full before completion of job....Leave a mess when done with work.. office lady is very rude. Calls not returned. Estimator never returns calls.. Be very careful of these people... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys will rip you off without shame. Their work is solid and fairly quick but they'll charge you twice what any other plumber would for the same job. Also if using a credit card watch out, they'll treat charge your card $150 without telling you and refund it within 10 hoping you won't notice it. Sketchy. Also lady answering the phone at the Terrell/Georgetown office was very smug. If all those things are how you like your plumber then these guys are for you. After posting this review I was told I could be given the same size water heater as I had before rather than needing to downsize or make retrofits to attic space. Here is to hoping this lasts more than a few months!

I will never again refer nor use Kinsey services for either plumbing or interiors. We initially called to have them replace our water heater prior to the new changes being made to larger units. They first installed a smaller unit than what we had before even though I asked them to be sure it was the same size as what they replaced. When we called them on their mistake, they came back to install the right size. They didn't bring enough material to adjust to the larger size so did lazy pipe retrofits to make due.
