I've had a wonderful experience with Kinry & Associates as the management company for the small condo building where I am a tenant. The common areas are kept very tidy, they are responsive to all of my questions, and I would absolutely rent from them or recommend them in the future.
The worst service I’ve experienced. I’ve been dealing with all kinds of absolutely unreasonable issues with this agent in the past two years. 1. Changed laundry room suddenly and refused to give me access without any email/phone notifications 2. Broken elevator for more than a year 3. Locked out of the building at night because of unnoticed key change. 4. Rudy attitude when I tried to communicate and solve the issues with them.
Great property management company! They help the board establish policy, then effectively implement the policy. Their extensive knowledge of buildings (especially older buildings) and vendor network, leads to creative, cost effective maintenance solutions.
Absolute worst property manager in San Francisco. They do not respond to requests, take over two months to respond to email, are rude and nasty towards homeowners who have tenants, and have massive staff turnover. They will make your life hell. Do not hire them at any cost. WARNING!
