I lived in a kinross building for four years. Had the best experience. They took care of everything that needed attention and quickly too. Being a block from Whole Foods in Brighton was key. And also living on the T was great too.
I lived at a Kinross Real Estate property for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Our apartment was beautiful and maintenance always arrived quickly if there was ever a problem. I would recommend this property!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. I signed a lease with them in 2023 and they changed the date of move in on the lease AFTER I signed it since the apartment was not ready and they wanted to redo the bathroom. They then gaslit us into believing that the move in date was not changed even though the lease signing portal showed that the lease was updated. these people are THE WORST. avoid renting from them at all costs. the apartment i moved into was filled with cockroaches and moved out less than a month. it was the most traumatic experience of my life.
Kinross real estate is so unbelievably awful and should no longer exist. Save yourself the aggravation and find somewhere else to live. I lived in a Kinross rental from 2024-2025 and have PTSD from their company and their property. They have violated so many Boston housing and safety laws that I practically memorized my lease to be able to protect myself and my suite-mates. 311 was on speed dial the entire year.
