Hands down, the best pharmacy (locally owned, employee owned) I've ever been to. I'm nearly 69, so, I've been to a few pharmacies. The Manager, Joe runs a tight ship but a very, very friendly ship. He treats his employees like he would his own family. The pharmacy crew.... wow. ALL of them are so friendly, they feel like family to me.
This location is full of good people, but the pharmacy doesn’t know some of the medications it gives to its community. My chief complaint is with my insurance company, but my pharmacy should be able to identify and agree with me that my life-sustaining medication is not available over the counter. Tech or pharmacist, if you don’t know a medication, just say that. 99% of the time, it’s not available over the counter. I wish someone from here was in my corner to advocate to the insurance company to update the formulary.
Might be biased but i believe that the pharmacy staff are very accommodating and understanding, they're also pretty quick with getting the meds if they're ready! Browsing around the store is also nice, a little too open in some areas, but, different stores have different feels for different people. Aside from that thing i enjoy getting my meds and shopping here!
Absolutely the worst place to get your prescriptions filled there's always something wrong they never have anything ready even though you were there 3 days ago to have your script filled it's still not ready And they do nothing to help you. So once again, I am now paying. Because they can't figure out how to get my insurance to pay for it. Which my insurance should pay for it? So then again? Yes, i'm here for the fourth time this week. Trying to get my antibiotics that I absolutely need
