I'm taking care of someone who is recovering from an amputation and we are incredibly dissatisfied with the service this pharmacy provides. A young woman with an accent answered our phone call asking about our prescriptions and she was very rude and dismissive, she literally hung up the phone on us in the middle of us asking about his insulin (we were trying to ask if we could buy lancets ourselves instead of relying on the insurance that has also been very unhelpful). On Monday, the 14th of June, my wife and I are changing pharmacies. Kinney Drugs has only made it more and more difficult for senior citizens to navigate their really crappy portal, and if you call, as I have tried 4 times today, you won't speak with any pharmacy member. The prompts just send you back to the main menu. The people who work there, ALL OF THEM, are absolutely the finest folks on planet earth. Horrible pharmacy

Pharmacist is terrible and not sympathetic or helpful at all. Told the doctors they could release a certain day, that day comes he can’t release it until the 16th now. When originally he told me the 15th and told the doctor the 14th. My son is out of his seizure medication with no help no pointing me to the right direction. No care in the world that my son will be missing doses of his seizure medicine. Terrible pharmacist on duty tonight.
