The food was good, just the waiter messed up my order as well as my friends and didn’t bother bring us our drinks. We had to go get them our selves.
The drive thru service is terrible. On three separate occasions when my parents wanted to grab a quick cup of coffee, they were grossly mistreated with one lady being downright rude and loud to my mom. My mom is under complete stress from looking after my grandmother and working non stop and she was taken aback. The lady knew she had screwed up and when my mom asked her where's her order and why she had been waiting for so long, she was responded using the same rude tone and closed the window on her.
This is a go to spot when we’re in town. Good coffee and food and service - friendly and comfortable.
I went to get a breakfast bagel the other day and the manager was very rude. I had ordered my bagel to go-for the record it has happened many times where I order something to go and I've received on a plate to eat there or the other way around, but it had never been an issue, always easily fixed. However, on this occasion when I told someone that I had ordered it to go, the manager brought back my sandwich in a box and spoke to me very rudely. I expect better customer service from this place. Cashier was rude and if I’m going to try and support a local coffee shop instead of going to Starbucks...I expect better treatment or else what’s the point?
I came to this place recommended by #ElPaso411 and for a particular drink...Matcha Green Tea with Soy Milk, and it was really really good, fresh and smooth, delicious!! For sure I'll buy it again and try new stuff. Thank you!
