I informed Kinky crowns that I would be running late due to road work, and she accepted my tardiness just for me to arrive to see she was not present, and she didn't answer the calls I left. I would have appreciated it if she had told me to end my journey to her shop rather than making me sit there for another hour due to miscommunication. Plus, she was a referral. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but that wasn't a pleasant visit.
