Very efficient place. Charles helped me pack a printer into a new box, was up front about the costs, and finished the entire transaction in no time. And then he shook my hand :)

Best customer service. Very quick and efficient and always so very nice. I have a great experience every time coming here. Lovely, especially when more than one person is holding the line :,).

Muy mal trato la manager no permite recibir paquetes grandes alega que por falta de espacio y es incierto el lugar es muy amplio solo lo hace por no pasar el trabajo de pesar o tramitar el envio del paquete grande hoy 9/13/2025 a las 5:30 pm se lo hizo a varias personas que llegamos al lugar para hacer los envios y nos dijo que fueramos a otro local. seguro que no se queria demorar porque ellos cierran a las 6 pm

I am certain that my package was stolen at this FedEx location. When I tried to get help, the employees refused to connect me with a manager and showed no willingness to take responsibility. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It is unacceptable for FedEx to allow this kind of behavior at their offices. Customers deserve honesty, safety, and proper service—not theft and disrespect. I strongly urge FedEx to investigate this location and take action.

Went there a few weeks back. Got help on a poster and shipped out some letters to my family. The staff is wonderful I love them all. Kaisler made an Excellent Poster, he was very precise , Emma was very nice and sweet. Jazzmin is friendly and always positive and Jelannie makes everyone feel welcomed with his upbeat greetings. This staff works like a family and I can't wait to go again!
