20 years with 2 different doctors for hypertension. First doctor just renewed prescription for 10 years. Second doctor who replaced him saw every 3 months but prescription never changed and blood pressure remained high. Had strangulated hernia called second doctor and learned she moved out of state and didn't advise patients. Told to go to emergency which I did and had surgery.
