I’ve never felt so dehumanized until this hospital visit. I was rushed here 6/10/26 for a humorous fracture on my right arm. I cried and screamed in pain from my arrival 10PM until 3AM when they finally got me admitted to receive pain meds. Sad to say: there are more inconsiderate nurses and doctors here than good. I would press the button for assistance and wait 5mins for acknowledgement and 30-40mins to be assisted (bladder at its breaking point) MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGH THE DAY AND NIGHT. I had an excellent experience at this labor and delivery hospital. From the moment I arrived, the nurses and staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire process. My nurses Janelle, Mandy, Heidi were the sweetest angels always checking in, answering questions, and providing reassurance during such an emotional time. I will certainly give a five star review to Dr Autumn Graves and the whole staff at Kingwood after I came in yesterday after I took a hard fall coming off a Bucking Bronc. They took very good care of this Kentucky cowboy, it is greatly appreciated and I wish all of them the very best in life.
I had a terrible labor experience here giving birth to my son 9 months ago. If I could take back the feedback I gave to the staff who checks in after your stay I would. I only was very happy at that because Monica the night nurse and my charge nurse were amazing. If it weren’t for them who would have known what would be of my baby and I. Also the nurse who was there when I was admitted was amazing.
